By downloading or using Unlocked, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app for private entertainment, subject to the rules of the store where you downloaded it.
2. Subscriptions
Unlocked Premium is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks premium cases.
- Apple or Google Play charges payment at confirmation.
- The subscription renews unless cancelled within the period stated by the store.
- Manage or cancel it from your store account settings.
- Price and billing period are shown before purchase and may vary by region.
Apple’s standard EULA also applies on Apple platforms.
3. Fiction
Unlocked is a work of fiction. Its characters, names, messages, situations and cases are imaginary. Any resemblance to real people or events is coincidental.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to decompile, resell, copy or use the app and its content for unlawful purposes. Activities expressly allowed by mandatory law remain permitted.
5. Intellectual property
The app, its stories, artwork, text and brand are protected. No rights are granted beyond the license above.
6. Availability and liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
7. Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated. They are governed by French law without limiting mandatory protections in the consumer’s country of residence.
